Storage location was easy to find. Bit confused when I arrived as the launderette is not manned. I had to message someone on WhatsApp and then another person came to secure my bag. I had to wait 15min for someone to turn up. The location was a locked broom cupboard. I returned a few hours later and luckily found the man who helped me in a launderette down the road as he told me where to find him. Overall a satisfactory experience but not the smoothest.
