Booking, easy. Safety, no issues. Staff, friendly enough. Location, google maps was showing up as a different location than the drop off. Although it was right around the corner, there was no address on the building to verify it was the correct location and it was just a small shop with no labels to identify it as the correct place. They were quick to respond on WhatsApp and gave us a photo of the shop and then we easily found it.

Je ne connaissais pas du tout ce système et je craignais de ne pas retrouver ma valise n'étant pas des consignes comme dans les gares. Mais au final, aucun pb. Je n'avais pas fait attention que le gérant avait pris en photo ma valise (pour éviter les erreurs)

Génial ! J’étais assez sceptique à l'idée de laisser ma valise mais au final ça s’est super bien passé, le gérant était superbe ! Je recommande !

Easy to find the location. The person who took care of the luggage was very professional. The location is very close to the metro station.
