The location is just in the middle of a luggage store. The pickup and drop off worked fine but this should probably be advertised as not secure.

Everything worked fine though the bags are literally just standing in the store so I wouldn’t leave anything important in there. They did wanna see the QR Code when we entered but the bags aren’t labeled or anything so if somebody wants to they could just take a different one and nobody would know it.

The sign for Radical Storage was outside the pizza store next door so we initially went to the wrong place. There's no way to know it's actually in a gift store. Bags are left out, not secured. Nothing was put on the luggage to indicate that it was ours - there's a QR code in the app but nothing pasted to the physical bag...so when we came to pick it up 3 hours later, it was there, but we could've taken someone else's bag (accidentally or on purpose). This is a shit system, open to abuse.

Convenient location, reasonable price.
