When I booked it , it said that it opens at 8.30 but the shop opens at 11. It isn't clear when you book it and it can be a problem. Other than that, it was very easy and convenient

Booking was easy enough via the app, no idea if price was fair as didn't really shop around. We had massive issue though trying to locate the drop off point! The directions provided (opened in google maps) took us to Number 44 Rynek Glówny at the edge of the market square. The actual drop off is in the street called Floriańska, then go to Banjualuka (cafe/club), to the right of the club is an alleyway with a metal gate and a souvenir stall just in the entrance, this is the drop off point!
