Pretty good. Directions to the location could have been clearer. There were actually two shops with the same name, and we went to the wrong one. They actually took our bags, having spoken to the owner of the other shop, but it was a stretch for my rusty French!

Es war ok. Der Laden kam mir ein bisschen suspekt vor ehrlicherweise, aber am Ende hab ich mein Gepäck bekommen!!

Situé à côté de la Gare du Midi (environ 3 minutes à pied), c’était très pratique. Le personnel est professionnel et prend une photo du sac à dos pour plus de sécurité. Ils sont également flexibles concernant l’heure d’arrivée. La réservation sur l’application était simple et rapide. Le prix est correct (6,75 € avec assurance incluse). Tout s’est très bien passé, je n’ai eu aucun problème.

Quick and easy, remembered me when I came back for my luggage.

Available and usefull

The staff were polite and the venue easy to find and use. Would recommend.
