Location is hard to find and need all energy to bring the luggage up the hill through the old street and stair. The staff is nice.

I wouldn't book again with this provider. I understood that I was booking to leave luggage near the train station. You only receive the address once you've booked and paid. The location was a 6 min walk from the train station in Edinburgh, but up some incredibly steep steps up Fleshmarket close. Myself and my daughter struggled to get our bags there and back down again as they were very heavy.The actual shop was efficient and helpful, but way too much of a challenge getting there with suitcases.
