Cheguei ao local para deixar a minha bagagem e disseram-me que não guardam bagagem. Também me fizeram passar um mau bocado durante a entrega da bagagem, depois de eu ter confirmado que eles guardam a bagagem e de lhes ter mostrado que tinha pago e reservado o serviço. Então, eles estavam dispostos a ajudar e olhar mais para ele. Não voltarei a utilizar este local.
I arrived at the location to drop off my luggage, and they told me they don't hold luggage. They also gave me a hard time during the luggage drop-off after I confirmed that they do hold luggage and showed them that I paid and booked for the service. Then, they were willing to help and look more into it. I will not be using this location again.
