A very positive experience. The app is easy to use. Everything was sorted in just a few minutes. My luggage was stored at a ‘tabacchino’ – a tobacconist’s – just a stone’s throw from Olbia station; the person who welcomed me took a photo of my luggage after scanning the QR code on my receipt. The tobacconist’s is near Corso di Olbia and less than a 10-minute walk from the port.
