非常にひどい体験でした。スタッフは全く無能で、悪意のある対応でした。予約時に明記されていた通り、1日あたり1袋につき10ドルを支払いました。預け入れと受け取りの時間はあくまで目安であり、支払いは1日分の保管料をカバーするものと明確にされていました。彼はサービスを提供せずに私たちの金を着服し、私たちはすぐに荷物を持ち帰ってしまいました。支払った対価に見合うサービスは受けられませんでした。絶対に許せない、不誠実な体験でした。この場所は絶対に避けるべきです。

Very poor experience. The staff were completely incompetent and acted in bad faith. me paid 10$ per bag for the whole day, as clearly stated in the booking. The drop-off and pickup times are meant to be purely indicative, and the payment clearly covers the entire day of storage. He pocketed our money without providing the service, and we left immediately with our bags. We didn’t receive what we paid for. An absolutely unacceptable and dishonest experience, avoid this place at all costs.

I had a good experience with this luggage storage around Glasgow Train Station. The drop off only took a few minutes and everything was smooth. The location was easy to locate, and I felt confident about the safety of my belongings. Compared to other options, this one was more convenient. I would recommend it to a friend.

グラスゴー・セントラル駅のすぐ近くにある、素晴らしい手荷物預かりサービス！グラスゴーの中心部を観光している間、午後の大半をそこで荷物を預けていましたが、最初から最後まで何の問題もなくスムーズでした。場所も簡単に見つかり、スタッフのおかげで預け入れの手続きも素早く簡単でした。荷物がしっかり守られているという安心感があり、手ぶらで気兼ねなく観光できたのが本当に良かったです。他のサービスと比べても、断然ここが一番便利でした。グラスゴーを訪れる方には、自信を持っておすすめします！

Great luggage storage option close to Glasgow Central Station! I left my bags there for most of the afternoon while I enjoyed Glasgow city centre, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Finding the location was simple, and the staff made the drop-off process quick and easy. I really appreciated how secure my belongings felt, which allowed me to explore completely hands-free. Compared to other options, this was by far the most convenient—I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow!

Made Life Easy

チェックインはとても簡単だった。荷物のピックアップに1時間遅れてしまい、別の日の料金を払うように言われた時は少し驚きましたが、これは誤解だったようで、すべてうまくいきました。カスタマーサポートは素晴らしかった。連絡は簡単で、5～10分以内に返信がありました。またすぐにラディカルを利用しますし、誰にでも勧められます。私たちの生活を楽にしてくれたのは確かです。チェックインしてくれたスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。

Very easy to check in. We had a bit of a fright when we were an hour late to pick up our bags and got a late pick up where we were asked to pay for another day but this was a misunderstanding and all was well. Customer support were wonderful. Easy to contact and replied within 5-10 minutes. Am using Radical again shortly and would recommend them to anyone It certainly made Life easier for us. Staff member who checked us in friendly and helpful

エンジェルは良い仕事をしてくれたが、アプリは2つの点で失敗した 1)宿泊施設の名前が表示されず、その方向には3つの店舗があった 2)時刻表が正しくなく、アプリが表示する時刻に空きがなかった；幸運なことに、必要な時間は開店時間内であったが、マレッタを運ぶのに時間がかかり、閉まっているか、マレッタを取りに行くのに時間がかかり、閉まっている可能性があった。APPで修正してください。

El Ángel hizo bien su trabajo pero la app falló en dos cosas 1) no dar el nombre del establecimiento y en esa dirección había tres negocios 2) el horario no era correcto, no estaba abierto en las horas en las que la APP dice; afortunadamente, las horas que necesitábamos estaban dentro de su horario de apertura, pero podíamos habernos encontrado con llevar las maletas y que estuviera cerrado o ir a recogerlas y que también lo estuviera. Tienen que corregirlo ustedes en la APP
